Apparatus & Mat. Using a mixture of the Pilates spring wall apparatus with its springs for resistance to change your body whilst giving it support.
These courses are designed to teach you all the basic Pilates know-how, and an authentic movement experience so you can continue your Pilates journey with confidence. They can be taken alone, or along side our New Client discovery Package. Theses course start the 1st of every month.
