“I started classes in September 09 after suffering for a long time with a lower back problem. I knew nothing about Pilates before I joined but was advised to try it from my Physiotherapist I only wish I had been advised earlier. I would never have attempted or believed I could do the exercises that Nisha has taught me. In the short time I have been attending I am pain free for longer periods of time. I look forward to classes and leave feeling flexible and stress free. Nisha is totally professional and approachable”
