4 Week Beginners Reformer Course
4 week beginner Pilates course starting:
• Mondays 11:00 – 12:00am (60 minute class)
• Tuesdays 8:30 – 9:30pm (60 minute class)
The course is designed for those who have never done Pilates Reformer Machine before.
On the course you will learn the safety and set up of the Pilates Reformer, the basic exercises, the principles of Pilates and during your first session we will go through an introduction to the Pilates Reformer Machine Class.
The course is restricted to no more than 6 people and once completed you gain access to the studio classes.
