Our St. Helens studio locations have been established in the area for over 25 years. We are unique in that we are the only North West studio offering STOTTPILATES V2 Max Multi equipment sessions inside plus outdoor Nordic walking clubs sessions. That being clients are taught how to use the Fuse Ladders, Ladder Barrel, Split stability chair, Cadillac, Towers and Reformers. We only teach in small groups of 4-5 people thus ensuring that studio delivers results rather than large jam packed classes. All clients are required to come in through a consultation or discovery session. This ensures healthy and safety for you on the apparatus and also gives you an understanding offer ability and level.
